DHL - Dorms Are The New Depots
Despite DHL’s household name, they must consistently update their image to stay relevant to younger audiences.
Young people are overwhelmed, overbooked, and just starting to use shipping services. They don’t need a logistics lesson—they need tools that are fast, simple, and built for their pace.
Dorms Are The New Depots is a campaign designed to promote the improvement of the existing DHL app, which includes free pick-up for customers under the age of 25, encouraging young entrepreneurs to use DHL as their go-to delivery service. The new features for the DHL app include an identity check (which is mandatory for those who want to use the pick-up service) and direct connection between the DHL app and the user’s Instagram or TikTok storefront.
Disclaimer: This is a fictional project for a real company. I created the campaign and the app improvement concept.
